<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\nThe first step for the participants in booking a time slot is filling out your booking form, which you have created in your Study Interview or\u00a0Freeform Interview<\/a>\u00a0Planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\nIn the form, the participants will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n- Agree to the presented consent form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Answer your custom screening question (if you include it).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Choose one of the remaining time slots (it is not possible for 2 participants to book the same time slot).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Provide their email address and the preferred way to address them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\nConfirming email address <\/a><\/h2>\n\n\nAfter booking a time slot, the participants will be required to confirm their booking and their email address using an email they will receive. The participants have 15 minutes<\/strong> to do so after filling out the booking form. This is to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- Assure that they have provided the correct email address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- To make sure they are not blocking the time slots for other potential participants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

- A link to use to join the call<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- A link for rescheduling their time slot<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- A link to cancel their time slot<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n \n

If they choose to reschedule, their original time slot is made available and they can choose any other time slot which is still available.
