These are all the people who participated in your study. Each respondent&#8217;s entry contains:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>The respondent&#8217;s number and icon. The icons are randomly generated and serve only for easier identification of respondents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respondent selection via a checkbox. Selected respondents are highlighted and can have\u00a0<em>several operations done on top of them.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Time taken<\/strong>\u00a0how long it took the respondent to complete the whole study.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Questions answered<\/strong>\u00a0the number of questions expressed by a percentage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cards sorted<\/strong>\u00a0the number of cards, expressed by a percentage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Include in analysis<\/strong>\u00a0determines whether the respondent should be counted in the calculations found under the Analysis tab. Respondents who abandon the study are excluded by default.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After you&#8217;ve adjusted which respondents should be included in the analysis, click\u00a0<strong>Recalculate analysis<\/strong>\u00a0above the list of respondents to apply the changes to the analysis (everything under the Analysis tab).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By default, the respondents are ordered by the time when they participated in the study. You can change this order by selecting a different sorting metric in the\u00a0<strong>Sort by<\/strong>\u00a0dropdown list above the respondent list. There are four tabs in the detailed respondent modal view with the following contents:<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 id=\"respondents-details\" class=\"heading-block\" tabindex=\"0\">Respondent&#8217;s Details<a class=\"copy-link\" title=\"Copy link\" data-id=\"respondents-details\">&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.uxtweak.com\/wp-content\/themes\/uxtweak\/public\/assets\/images\/icons\/link.svg\" alt=\"Copy link\" \/><\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li><strong>ID\u00a0&#8211;<\/strong> the number of the respondent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Started\u00a0&#8211;<\/strong> when the respondent opened the study<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Time taken<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Questions answered<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cards sorted<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Instructions seen\u00a0&#8211;<\/strong> number of times the respondent re-opened the study instructions after seeing them initially (seeing instructions for the first time doesn&#8217;t count)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Number of comments\u00a0&#8211;<\/strong> how many comments the respondent left behind<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>IP address<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Device<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Operating system<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Browser<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Screen resolution<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Location (city, region, country)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h3 id=\"respondents-questionnaire\" class=\"heading-block\" tabindex=\"0\">Respondent&#8217;s Questionnaire<a class=\"copy-link\" title=\"Copy link\" data-id=\"respondents-questionnaire\">&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.uxtweak.com\/wp-content\/themes\/uxtweak\/public\/assets\/images\/icons\/link.svg\" alt=\"Copy link\" \/><\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"text-block\">Select the questionnaire you want to see answers for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li><strong>Screening question<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pre-study questions<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Post-study questions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-block\">The question results show the respondent&#8217;s answers for each question, as well as the question text and the list of available options (in case of multiple-option questions).\u00a0<strong>If you include Skip Logic in your questionnaire, it is important to differentiate between:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Question skipped &#8211; the participant didn\u2019t see this question because of the Skip Logic rules<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Question seen, did not answer &#8211; the participant saw this question and decided to skip it<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h3 id=\"respondents-card-sort\" class=\"heading-block\" tabindex=\"0\">Respondent&#8217;s Card Sort<a class=\"copy-link\" title=\"Copy link\" data-id=\"respondents-card-sort\">&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.uxtweak.com\/wp-content\/themes\/uxtweak\/public\/assets\/images\/icons\/link.svg\" alt=\"Copy link\" \/><\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>This tab shows how the respondent sorted the cards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The result is displayed as a list of categories, with cards placed into them as they were sorted by the respondent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There&#8217;s a card counter in the upper right corner of each category.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h3 id=\"respondents-comments\" class=\"heading-block\" tabindex=\"0\">Respondent&#8217;s Comments<a class=\"copy-link\" title=\"Copy link\" data-id=\"respondents-comments\">&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.uxtweak.com\/wp-content\/themes\/uxtweak\/public\/assets\/images\/icons\/link.svg\" alt=\"Copy link\" \/><\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"text-block\">The comments left by the respondents during the study. Can be used for detailed filtering or meticulous analysis of individual respondents.<\/p>\n                            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"links\">\n\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n\n<h2 id=\"apply-mass-actions-to-selected-respondents\" class=\"heading-block\" tabindex=\"0\">Apply mass actions to selected respondents<a class=\"copy-link\" title=\"Copy link\" data-id=\"apply-mass-actions-to-selected-respondents\">&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.uxtweak.com\/wp-content\/themes\/uxtweak\/public\/assets\/images\/icons\/link.svg\" alt=\"Copy link\" \/><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>You can either select respondents individually or en masse by using the\u00a0<strong>Select all<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Deselect all<\/strong>\u00a0buttons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deselect respondents by a chosen criteria by using the filters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pick an action that you want to do with the selected respondents and click\u00a0<strong>Go<\/strong>\u00a0to execute it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mark as included\/excluded<\/strong>\u00a0marks all selected respondents as either\u00a0<em>included or excluded in the analysis.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Delete<\/strong>\u00a0permanently deletes all of the respondent&#8217;s data related to the study.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Export as CSV<\/strong>\u00a0exports details about the selected respondents (the same details as seen in the Respondent&#8217;s Details tab) as a CSV spreadsheet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Export as PDF<\/strong>\u00a0exports details about the selected respondents (the same details as seen in the Respondent&#8217;s Details tab) as a PDF report.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-block\">The order of columns in the respondent export:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Order<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Started<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Device<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operating system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Browser<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Location<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Time taken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Answered questions (percentage)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cards sorted (percentage)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Categories created<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Categories named (percentage)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 id=\"get-exports-of-respondents\" class=\"heading-block\" tabindex=\"0\">Get exports of respondents<a class=\"copy-link\" title=\"Copy link\" data-id=\"get-exports-of-respondents\">&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.uxtweak.com\/wp-content\/themes\/uxtweak\/public\/assets\/images\/icons\/link.svg\" alt=\"Copy link\" \/><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"text-block\">You can get a CSV export or PDF report of all the respondents in the Respondents tab, with all respondent data as you can see in the web interface.
