Select which questionnaire you want to view in the tabs in the top part of the screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By default, all questions in the survey are displayed at once. You can choose to display one question at a time by selecting it in the question selection dropdown list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can also move between questions by pressing the arrow buttons on either side of the question selection dropdown list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each question displays its order, type, text and answers, along with the number of respondents who gave that answer (total and percentage)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 id=\"net-promoter-score\" class=\"heading-block\" tabindex=\"0\">Net Promoter Score<a class=\"copy-link\" title=\"Copy link\" data-id=\"net-promoter-score\">&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.uxtweak.com\/wp-content\/themes\/uxtweak\/public\/assets\/images\/icons\/link.svg\" alt=\"Copy link\" \/><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>If a question is a Net Promoter Score question, besides a bar chart of scores, you&#8217;ll also find additional stats:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Answers are split into three groups based on the score. Each group provides a number of respondents and a percentage:\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li><b style=\"box-sizing: inherit; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent;\">Promoters<\/b><span>\u00a0<\/span>&#8211; Score 9-10 &#8211; Users who are happy with using your website\/service\/etc. and spread the word to others.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b style=\"box-sizing: inherit; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent;\">Passives<\/b><span>\u00a0<\/span>&#8211; Score 7-8 &#8211; Users who are content but have their reserves. Fix what ails them to decrease the chance of their defecting to competition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b style=\"box-sizing: inherit; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent;\">Detractors<\/b><span>\u00a0<\/span>&#8211; Score 6 and lower &#8211; Unhappy users who may spread negative word of mouth. Pay close attention to what they have to say.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b style=\"box-sizing: inherit; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent;\">Net Promoter Score<\/b><span>\u00a0<\/span>&#8211; The final score is calculated as the percentage of promoters minus the percentage of detractors. Its value is a number between -100 (if all respondents are detractors) and 100 (if all respondents are promoters). The higher the value, the better.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 id=\"group-free-text-answers\" class=\"heading-block\" tabindex=\"0\">Group free-text answers<a class=\"copy-link\" title=\"Copy link\" data-id=\"group-free-text-answers\">&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.uxtweak.com\/wp-content\/themes\/uxtweak\/public\/assets\/images\/icons\/link.svg\" alt=\"Copy link\" \/><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>With free-text questions, you can turn on<span>\u00a0<\/span><b style=\"box-sizing: inherit; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent;\">Group similar answers<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/b>to consider similar answers as the same answer (this resolves issues with uppercase\/lowercase and typos automatically, e.g. &#8216;bank&#8217;, &#8216;Bank&#8217; and &#8216;bamnk&#8217; get grouped together)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set the<span>\u00a0<\/span><b style=\"box-sizing: inherit; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent;\">Degree of similarity<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/b>to adjust how similar two answers have to be in order to be considered as the same answer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The higher the Degree of similarity, the stricter the grouping will be (the Degree of similarity is used as a bottom threshold on<span>\u00a0<\/span><a style=\"box-sizing: inherit; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; color: rgb(211, 145, 12); transition: color 200ms;\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/S%C3%B8rensen%E2%80%93Dice_coefficient\" target=\"_blank\">Dice&#8217;s Coefficient<\/a><span>\u00a0<\/span>within the group)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under the ellipsis button, turn off<span>\u00a0<\/span><b style=\"box-sizing: inherit; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent;\">Set Degree of similarity value as global<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/b>to set the Degree of similarity for each question individually<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 id=\"hide-unused-answers\" class=\"heading-block\" tabindex=\"0\">Hide unused answers<a class=\"copy-link\" title=\"Copy link\" data-id=\"hide-unused-answers\">&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.uxtweak.com\/wp-content\/themes\/uxtweak\/public\/assets\/images\/icons\/link.svg\" alt=\"Copy link\" \/><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"text-block\">Under the ellipsis button, turn on<span>\u00a0<\/span><b style=\"box-sizing: inherit; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent;\">Hide answers with no responses<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/b>to hide those answers in multiple-option questions that no respondents picked from the analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 id=\"get-a-pdf-export-of-the-questions-analysis\" class=\"heading-block\" tabindex=\"0\">Get a PDF Export of the Questions Analysis<a class=\"copy-link\" title=\"Copy link\" data-id=\"get-a-pdf-export-of-the-questions-analysis\">&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.uxtweak.com\/wp-content\/themes\/uxtweak\/public\/assets\/images\/icons\/link.svg\" alt=\"Copy link\" \/><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"text-block\">You can create a PDF report of all the information listed above, exactly like you can see it in the web interface. To create an export, click<span>\u00a0<\/span><b style=\"box-sizing: inherit; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent;\">PDF Export<\/b><span>\u00a0<\/span>in the upper right corner of the tab contents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-block\">If you wish to create a report using more than one section of your study&#8217;s results, go to the<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"\/help\/survey-results\/tab-export\/\">Export tab<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 id=\"skip-logic\" class=\"heading-block\" tabindex=\"0\">Skip Logic<a class=\"copy-link\" title=\"Copy link\" data-id=\"skip-logic\">&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.uxtweak.com\/wp-content\/themes\/uxtweak\/public\/assets\/images\/icons\/link.svg\" alt=\"Copy link\" \/><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"text-block\">If you have Skip Logic enabled in your questionnaire you will be able to see the selected outcome for each available option in the results. The possible outcomes include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Skipping to a question &#8211; this can be any other question in the questionnaire. It will be denoted using a link, which takes you to the results of that specific question after clicking on it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>QUESTIONNAIRE END &#8211; selecting this option will immediately end the questionnaire for the participant.
