Use the standard video controls (play, pause, rewind, video speed, video timeline) to play back the task recordings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you enabled voice recording, you can adjust the volume of the voice recording playback with the volume controls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The player area portrays exactly what the respondent was seeing at any point in time. if you recorded their face as well, these recordings will be synchronized and played together.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The information in the upper right corner tells you what exact display resolution the respondent is currently using.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 id=\"switching-between-chapters\" class=\"heading-block\" tabindex=\"0\">Switching between chapters<a class=\"copy-link\" title=\"Copy link\" data-id=\"switching-between-chapters\">&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.uxtweak.com\/wp-content\/themes\/uxtweak\/public\/assets\/images\/icons\/link.svg\" alt=\"Copy link\" \/><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"text-block\">The panel on the left side of the player allows you to switch between the chapters of the current recording.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Use the timestamps to skip to a specific chapter of the recording.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each section of the study has its own chapter. These sections are for example the questionnaires or specific tasks in your study.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can see the start and end time for each chapter as well as the calculated length of the chapter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For the task chapters you can see if the task ended with success, fail or if it was skipped.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 id=\"face-recording-controls\" class=\"heading-block\" tabindex=\"0\">Face recording controls<a class=\"copy-link\" title=\"Copy link\" data-id=\"face-recording-controls\">&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.uxtweak.com\/wp-content\/themes\/uxtweak\/public\/assets\/images\/icons\/link.svg\" alt=\"Copy link\" \/><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"text-block\">The recording of the face of the participant is displayed in a separate floating window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>The face view is by default located at the bottom left corner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The face view is partialy covering the screen recording. You can hide the face view or move it to any other corner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the corner arrows of the face view to move it to a different corner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 id=\"when-to-switch-to-session-recording-player\" class=\"heading-block\" tabindex=\"0\">When to switch to Session recording player<a class=\"copy-link\" title=\"Copy link\" data-id=\"when-to-switch-to-session-recording-player\">&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.uxtweak.com\/wp-content\/themes\/uxtweak\/public\/assets\/images\/icons\/link.svg\" alt=\"Copy link\" \/><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"text-block\">Website Testing from UXtweak has been one of our signature tools from the very beginning.
