When others are editing, their cursors appear inline and are labeled with their names, so it\u2019s clear who is working where in real time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-block\">This makes collaborative synthesis easier and helps avoid conflicting edits.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 id=\"automatic-syncing\" class=\"heading-block\" tabindex=\"0\">Automatic syncing<a class=\"copy-link\" title=\"Copy link\" data-id=\"automatic-syncing\">&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.uxtweak.com\/wp-content\/themes\/uxtweak\/public\/assets\/images\/icons\/link.svg\" alt=\"Copy link\" \/><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"text-block\">All changes are saved automatically. A sync status indicator next to the title shows whether changes are currently being saved or fully synced:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li><strong>Saving<\/strong> \u2013 Saving recent changes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Saved<\/strong> \u2013 All changes saved<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-block\">Once synced, it\u2019s safe to close the tab or let others continue working.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 id=\"concurrent-editing\" class=\"heading-block\" tabindex=\"0\">Concurrent editing<a class=\"copy-link\" title=\"Copy link\" data-id=\"concurrent-editing\">&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.uxtweak.com\/wp-content\/themes\/uxtweak\/public\/assets\/images\/icons\/link.svg\" alt=\"Copy link\" \/><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"text-block\">Multiple collaborators can edit the same Insight at the same time without locking sections.
