Name your recruiting, choose the study you want to recruit for, and record any useful details in the notes.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n
\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\nSelect the study for recruiting <\/a><\/h2>\n\n\nThis is where you select the study that you wish to recruit for by using the User Panel. You can choose from the existing studies available in your team. More than one User Panel can be used to recruit for the same study.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All UXtweak study types (except the Session Recording, which records data from actual users) can be selected for recruiting. You can select a study that is still just a draft. However, before you launch the recruiting, you will have to launch the study as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The study type affects the price of your recruiting. Simpler studies, such as Survey, have lower prices of recruiting than the more complex studies, such as Website Testing or Prototype Testing, since more complex studies are more difficult for participants to understand and complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After you place an order by launching your panel, we will conduct an audit of your study to make sure the study is set up correctly and that it doesn’t contain any prohibited content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The following types of content are prohibited in studies that use the User Panel for recruitment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n- Explicit, offensive, or illegal content<\/strong> – The contents of your study should be in line with what can be shown on daytime television.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Collection of personal information –<\/strong> For example, the panelists’ names, email addresses, and IP addresses can’t be collected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Recruitment –<\/strong> You cannot recruit panelists for any other activity aside from the study itself.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Topic mismatch<\/strong>\u00a0– Your study should match the panel topic. See\u00a0Select the research topics<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Localization mismatch<\/strong> – Study messages must be in the same language as the native languages of the country that you selected in your panel or English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Bad study design<\/strong> – A study may be rejected on the grounds of bad design (e.g., too many free-text questions).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
In addition to the above, the following features will be automatically disabled in your studies for the respondents recruited by the User Panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
