If the interview is longer than the allocated time,\u00a0<strong>it won\u2019t be automatically terminated<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Break between time slots<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; an enforced space between time slots in the schedule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Slots lock beforehand<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; this attribute determines when the slot locks if there isn\u2019t anyone registered for it. For example if you set it to 24 hr, the participants need to register at least 24 hours ahead of the time slot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"image-block\">    <div class=\"image-instance\">\n                    <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/help.uxtweak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/1-8.png\" alt=\"Schedule options\" \/>\n                <div class=\"right-container\">\n            <div class=\"text\">\n                                    <h4>Schedule options<\/h4>\n                                                    <p>Choose the length of the time slot, number of participants and other related schedule settings.<\/p>\n                            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"links\">\n\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n\n<h2 id=\"building-your-calendar\" class=\"heading-block\" tabindex=\"0\">Building your calendar<a class=\"copy-link\" title=\"Copy link\" data-id=\"building-your-calendar\">&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.uxtweak.com\/wp-content\/themes\/uxtweak\/public\/assets\/images\/icons\/link.svg\" alt=\"Copy link\" \/><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"text-block\">The calendar section is where you can set up time slots of availability for your interview. You can change the time zone of the calendar for easier setup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-block\">To create the first time slot, click on any time in the yellow study window or after the window. If you click on a time after the window, it will move the window accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-block\">The size of the study window is determined by the number of timeslots. If you wish to to extend the study window you need to increase the number of time slots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-block\">To add time slots with the same setup, you can drag from the existing time slot by its top or bottom edge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-block\">To move a time slot to a different week, you can either reschedule it in the time slot details or Press CTRL + SHIFT + ARROW LEFT \/ ARROW RIGHT to move the selected slot to the previous\/following week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-block\">The time slots are\u00a0<strong>color-coded based on the participant source<\/strong> connected to the given time slot.\u00a0<strong>Each time slot can have only one source<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"image-block\">    <div class=\"image-instance\">\n                    <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/help.uxtweak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/2-7.png\" alt=\"Interview Calendar\" \/>\n                <div class=\"right-container\">\n            <div class=\"text\">\n                                    <h4>Interview Calendar<\/h4>\n                                                    <p>Add and move your time slots around, so they fit into your schedule.<\/p>\n                            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"links\">\n\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n\n<h2 id=\"finalizing-time-slot-details\" class=\"heading-block\" tabindex=\"0\">Finalizing time slot details<a class=\"copy-link\" title=\"Copy link\" data-id=\"finalizing-time-slot-details\">&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.uxtweak.com\/wp-content\/themes\/uxtweak\/public\/assets\/images\/icons\/link.svg\" alt=\"Copy link\" \/><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"text-block\">To access the details of a time slot, simply click on it. In the time slot details you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Reschedule or delete the timeslot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose one of the available recruiting sources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Invite Moderators, Note-takers, and Observers. Each time slot has to have at least one Moderator. You can learn more about the\u00a0<a href=\"\/help\/interview-roles\/\">available roles here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-block\">When you have no time slot selected, you can see an overview of all time slots created for this interview.
