How do I use the Highlights tab in Freeform Interview results?

This section covers various parts and functions in the Highlights tab, including:

The list of highlights 

This list provides a quick and easy overview of all the highlights created from the interviews. To access the recording of a highlight, simply click on its thumbnail in the list to play it within the card. The card also displays the Highlight note, which can be edited as needed.

Filtering, sorting, and searching 

The analysis of multiple highlights can be eased with access to robust filtering, sorting, and search options.

Filtering 

You can filter the highlights by any combination of:

• The date of the interview which the highlight was created from
• Collaborators – anyone from your team who was present in the call in any of the available roles
• Source – where the participants were recruited from
• Rating – the custom rating you gave the participants
• Tags – tags you write in the highlight text
• Favorites – filter participants included in favorites

Filter by date

Filter the highlights by the date of the interview.

Filter the highlights by the custom rating you gave the interview.

Filter by tags

Filter the highlights by the tags you wrote in the description of the highlight.

Sorting 

You can sort the highlights ascending and descending by:

• The time slot
• The length of the highlight
• The participant’s name
• The Highlight note text

Sorting participants

You can sort the interviews by date, rating, and the interview length

Searching 

Use the full-text search to comb through:

• The Highlight note texts
• The participant names
• The participant emails
• The summaries of the recordings
• All of the above at once or any other combination

Use full-text search to easily find the insight you are looking for.
