The Starter plan can be used for small projects or for trying out a limited version of UXtweak with full features. In the Starter plan, certain properties of the plan such as the maximum number of respondents per study or the number of recordable sessions are limited. After a study is finished, its results can be viewed for one month. However, your data will be stored for 12 months (except for Session Recording - see table below), so if you decide to upgrade your plan, you’ll be able to see them again.

If your paid subscription is canceled/paused, you will be automatically reverted to the Starter plan and the limitations of the Starter plan (such as the maximum number of respondents per study) will start to apply to your studies.

For example, if you have a Card Sorting study with 50 respondents, after you downgrade to the Starter plan where the limitation is 10 respondents, your study will automatically close.

The date when a new monthly period starts for your account depends on the date when you first started using your paid plan - not the beginning of the calendar month. The time of day when you're charged is the same each billing cycle, same as the time when your plan was first activated. You can find the time of the next billing in My Account section Payments & subscriptions. The time of the next billing is displayed in the time zone set in your account.

For example, if you were first charged for your Business plan on July 5th 12:00 AM UTC, your session recording limit will be renewed to 15 000 sessions 30 days later, on August 5th 12:00 AM UTC.

Yes. With a Plus plan or a Business plan, you can subscribe on an annual basis. Enterprise plans are always billed annually. All in all, annual subscriptions are easier on your wallet, with lower cost per month than a monthly subscription to the same plan. To see the price, simply switch from monthly to annual billing in the price list.

Currently, we support payments via credit or debit cards. We use Stripe, a payment gateway provider which is certified to the highest industry standards. We do not store your card details. In fact, your card information is stored directly in Stripe and never even touches our servers.

Standardly, you'll obtain an invoice after you have been charged. You can request a quote or a proforma invoice by contacting us.

If you are a non-governmental organization (NGO), school, an education provider or a student, you qualify for an extra discount on our subscriptions.

Contact us and give us a brief introduction of your organization (the name of your organization, what it is and what it does) and how you intend to use UXtweak. If you're a student, please name your school.
