We recently started using UXtweak at Nielsen Norman Group because it actually had the features to do quantitative usability testing 
- it was so hard to find a platform that had the right features!

There’s both the product itself, but then the people behind the product that I think really make it so good.

The feeling like I’m comfortable and know the people who work there. I know that I could not get that with a bigger company.

And of course, the tools are quality. And then it’s good pricing.

One of the benefits of UXtweak for me is being able to combine the tests with participant recruitment. But then in terms of functionality, it is definitely the variety of different tools.

In the past, I used one tool for card sorts, another tool to do an interview, and another one for session recording. I just really needed something that would do everything.

We chose UXtweak as we found it offers a lot of value and very robust testing solutions, truly all in one UXR tool.

Additionally, we like that UXtweak handles the user panel, incentivization, and recruitment. It does all of that for us, and we don’t have to worry about it.

It was really easy for all of our researchers to collaborate on and be able to see everybody’s information. From a data analysis perspective, we were able to dice the data in all kinds of different ways and see things from different angles.

Being able to use something that was just really simple from a research perspective and a participant perspective was so great.
