An overview of all tabs in Mobile App Testing setup

You create your Mobile App Testing study in several tabs. Here’s a brief summary of each tab:

General tab 

• Set the name and language of your study
• Set up your tested app
• Choose whether and how respondents must identify themselves
• Protect your study with a password
• Set the ending conditions for the study

Tasks tab 

• Create tasks for your respondents to fulfill
• Activate audio feedback for the Think-Aloud Protocol
• Adjust the order and number of tasks respondents see
• Create post-task questionnaires

Messages tab 

• Customize the Privacy information & Consent message
• Write a clear Welcome message
• Write clear Instructions
• Write a clear Thank you message
• Write a clear Closed message
• Hide unneeded messages

Questionnaire tab 

• Manage personal data in questionnaires
• Customize study questionnaires
• Set up a screening question for respondents
• Create Pre-study and Post-study questionnaires

Screening tab 

• Block certain IP addresses from being recorded
• Set screening for OS versions
