Mail sender

This section of setup is used to add the details about the study conductor, which are used for email communication.

• Sender name – this field is required. This is to show participants whom the invitation email is from when they receive it via UXtweak’s mailing system.
• Reply email address – this field is optional. Provide an email address here if you want to make it easier for participants to contact you. It’s recommended to include this if you are conducting a moderated study, since you need to invite respondents for a specific time slot and if they become unavailable for it they need to have an option to contact you.
