How do I buy respondents for my studies?

Do I need to be subscribed if I want to order respondents?

With the free Free plan, you can create a User Panel, define the profile of respondents you want to recruit and get a quote to see how much your recruitment would cost. Since the number of results you can collect with the Free plan is limited, to place an order and start recruiting, you will have to upgrade to a paid plan.

Can I invite respondents outside of the panel?

What is your guarantee that panelists are fairly rewarded?

We have trusted third parties which provide us with the respondents. The cost is determined by our UX panel experts, who choose the amount to both secure the fairness of the payment for the testers as well as the quality of the responses. Assuring that our testers are rewarded fairly is one of our panel's priorities. Unfortunately, we are unable to disclose the exact rates due to company policy and this data being protected by the tester's contracts. However, it is possible to boost the price of the panel order if you were to find that the asking price is too low.
