Most messages in a Mobile App Testing study are fully customizable. You can use this to give respondents custom instructions, to localize the study for different languages or to adjust the messaging to fit your branding.
UXtweak may collect personal information from users on your or your company’s behalf. In compliance with GDPR, users from the European Union are shown privacy information and asked for their consent before beginning the study.
All fields here are optional. You can adjust the privacy information in the following ways:
The Welcome message should:
A Mobile App Testing study contains several guiding messages. These fixed messages are placed throughout the study to ensure respondents always have the necessary information to complete the Mobile App Testing study and receive it at the right time (e.g., reminding them to enable Do Not Disturb mode to prevent recording private notifications or explaining how to switch between the UXtweak App and your testing app, website, or prototype).
The Instructions message can be enabled if you need to provide respondents with additional custom instructions. These instructions are shown to respondents before tasks begin.
If you want to add your own instructions, make sure to:
Set a redirect URL if you want respondents to be directed elsewhere (e.g., your website) after completing the study.
This message is shown to anyone who opens the study after it has ended and can no longer participate.
