This section covers what you can do in the Conducting step of your planning.

The study can usually be launched immediately; however, sometimes there is a very high demand which prevents the study from being launched automatically. In this case, we will be notified and take all the necessary steps to launch the study manually as soon as possible. Please note that the timing may vary based on our working hours. When this happens, the Conducting step can only be accessed after the Live Interview is launched.
The Conducting step replaces the Summary step in the Planning section of your Live Interview.
Accessing the invitation link 
Copy and share the direct invitation link for your interview. Simply send it to potential participants, and they will be able to book one of the available time slots using the booking form you have set up in the Booking step.
Reviewing booked time slots and joining calls
See the list of time slots where you are invited to join as a Moderator, Note-taker, or Observer (more on these roles here). After a participant registers for one of the time slots, you can see their preferred name on the time slot detail. The time slot detail also includes:
- Time of the call in your time zone
- Source from which the participant came
- Your role in the call
- Join button for the call
You can also use the preview button here to see what the registration form looks like for your participants.

Once your Live Interview is approved, you can start sending out the invitation link and watch as the participants book time slots.
