How can participants book an Interview?
In this help, we'll discuss how participants can use your booking form to schedule an interview with you. The registration process includes:
- Filling the booking form
- Confirming email address
- Receiving the email with links
- Rescheduling or canceling the interview
Filling the booking form
The first step for the participants in booking a time slot is filling out your booking form, which you have created in your Study Interview or Freeform Interview Planning.
In the form the participants will:
- Agree to the presented consent form
- Answer your custom screening question (if you include it)
- Choose one of the remaining time slots (it is not possible for 2 participants to book the same time slot)
- Provide their email address and the preferred way to address them
If there are no time slots left, the participants will see the Booking closed message.
Confirming email address
After booking a time slot, the participants will be required to confirm their booking and their email address using an email they will receive. The participants have 15 minutes to do so after filling the booking form. This is to:
- Assure that they have provided the correct email address
- To make sure they are not blocking the time slots for other potential participants
If a participant fails to confirm their time slot, the time slot is made available again.
When a participant receives this email, everyone who has been assigned to this specific time slot will receive an email as well. They can use this email to add the meeting to a calendar of their choice.
Rescheduling or canceling the interview
Each participant receives links to both reschedule and cancel their booked time slot. If they choose to reschedule, their original time slot is made available and they can choose any other time slot, which is still available. If the participant chooses to cancel their slot, the time slot will be made available for the registration again.
