How to determine the widget actions in the Behavior step

The Behavior setup step is used to:

• Determine when the widget is shown

You may not wish to show the widget to the visitors immediately. This can be the case due to a variety of reasons (maintaining the priority of the page content over the widget, preventing the widget from coming across as obtrusive). Therefore, we offer you several options on how your widget can behave:

• Immediately after the page loads
• After a delay of… - you can choose the time in seconds here. The delay is counted from the moment when the page is fully loaded.
• When user scrolls halfway down the page
• When user is about to abandon the page on a desktop device
