What is done in the Booking step of the planning?

In this help, we'll discuss how to use the Booking step to edit the booking form used by interview participants when they pick one of the available time slots. The booking process includes four sections:

  • Privacy & Consent
  • Welcome Message
  • Conclusion
  • Booking closed Message

Before they do anything else, participants are shown privacy information and be asked for their consent. The consent message is pregenerated. The following can be edit/added:

  • Name of the study conductor or their company
  • Company website (optional)
  • A link to your company DPA (optional)
  • Your custom message (optional)

Welcome Message 

This is the ideal option to introduce your Live Interview, so the participants know what to expect and are motivated to proceed. This message is automatically pre-generated in the language of your interview selected in the setup of the interview study

Conclusion 

After the participant finalizes their registration and has chosen a time slot, they will see this message. Alternatively you can redirect the participants to a URL of your choice. This message is automatically pre-generated in the language of your interview selected in the setup of the interview study.

Booking closed message 

If any potential participant tries to register after no time slots remain available, they will see the following message. This message is automatically pre-generated in the language of your interview selected in the setup of the interview study.
