Study List

Table of contents

The study list shows all of your studies in one place. This is useful when you want to browse, search, filter, or manage studies beyond the few shown on the dashboard. It gives you full control over your research overview, especially when you work across many studies or need to find a specific one.

On this page, you can:

  • view all studies you have access to
  • filter and sort studies
  • search in studies
  • open study setup or results
  • manage studies through the action menu
  • create a new study

Study Information Copy link

Each study entry shows the same information as on the dashboard:

  • study name
  • research tool (e.g. Tree Test, Card Sort)
  • study type (moderated or unmoderated)
  • participant progress (completed, abandoned, screened out)
  • who created the study
  • current status (draft, active, finished, etc.)

From here, you can jump directly to either setup or results, and open additional actions such as duplication or deletion.

Filtering and Sorting Copy link

When working with many studies at once, filtering makes it easier to focus on what you need.

You can filter studies by:

  • study type (moderated / unmoderated)
  • status (e.g. draft, active, finished)
  • research tool

You can also sort studies by:

  • name
  • creation date

Filters and sorting can be combined.

Tip: Filtering by status is helpful when you only want to see active work or only completed research.

The search bar lets you quickly find studies by name. This is useful when you remember the name of a study but not when it was created or who created it.
