Live cursors
You can see where other collaborators are editing in real time, with each cursor labeled by name.
The Insight Editor supports real-time collaboration, allowing multiple researchers to work on the same Insight simultaneously.
Real-time collaboration 
You can see who is currently viewing or editing the Insight through avatars in the header. When others are editing, their cursors appear inline and are labeled with their names, so it’s clear who is working where in real time.
This makes collaborative synthesis easier and helps avoid conflicting edits.
Automatic syncing
All changes are saved automatically. A sync status indicator next to the title shows whether changes are currently being saved or fully synced:
- Saving – Saving recent changes
- Saved – All changes saved
Once synced, it’s safe to close the tab or let others continue working.
Concurrent editing
Multiple collaborators can edit the same Insight at the same time without locking sections. The editor automatically merges changes, allowing teams to work in parallel without coordination overhead.
