Mail Sender
Let you participants know who you are and how can they contact you.
This section of setup is used to add the details about the study conductor, which are used for email communication.
- Sender name – this field is required. This is to show participants whom the invitation email is from when they receive it via UXtweak’s mailing system.
- Reply email address – this field is optional. Provide an email address here if you want to make it easier for participants to contact you. It’s recommended to include this if you are conducting a moderated study, since you need to invite respondents for a specific time slot and if they become unavailable for it they need to have an option to contact you.
