Table of contents

The recruitment list shows all your participant recruitments across studies. This page is helpful when you are collecting participants for multiple studies at once, since it gives you a full overview of recruitment progress and allows you to manage recruiting separately from studies.

On this page, you can:

  • view all recruitments
  • filter and sort recruitments
  • search by recruitment name
  • manage recruitment actions
  • create a new recruitment

Recruitment Information Copy link

Each recruitment entry contains the same information as on the Dashboard:

  • recruitment name
  • recruitment source (e.g. User Panel, Onsite Recruiting, Own Database)
  • linked study
  • who created it
  • current status (ongoing, draft, finished, etc.)

An action menu on the right offers additional management options.

Filtering Copy link

Recruitments can be filtered based on how participants are sourced and on their current stage.

You can filter by:

  • source (Onsite Recruiting, User Panel, Own Database)
  • status (e.g. ongoing, draft, finished)
  • the tool used in the linked study

Filters help when you need to manage large or ongoing batches of recruitments.

Tip: Filtering by source is useful when comparing recruitment performance across different channels.
