The formatting toolbar provides controls for styling text, inserting structured blocks, and enhancing insights with visual or semantic cues. It appears directly below the header and is always available while editing.
Using the toolbar, you can:
The toolbar provides quick access to text formatting, links, emojis, and content blocks while you write.
You can apply standard text formatting to any selected text:
Formatting updates happen inline without disrupting the editor flow.
Undo and redo controls allow you to step backward or forward through recent changes without affecting the synced state of the document.
Use the link control to attach URLs to selected text. Links remain interactive in the editor and are preserved in PDF exports.
You can add or edit a link for selected text and adjust the URL directly from this menu.
